Has my order shipped?

We will send you an email notification as soon as your order is shipped.  You can also click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our   site to check your orders status.


How do I change my order?

Please call our customer care immediately and we will try to work with you on any changes.  However, once a dress order is placed with the designer and the designer has confirmed the order and begun processing, we can no longer make any changes to the order.


How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

 


I placed an order, but I couldn't find it under my account?

If you checked out as a Guest, the order details will not show up under your account even if you created an account after you placed the order. However, you can always contact us by email, call or chat to check on your order status. We send out email with an approximate ship date after we processed your order with the designer and received the designer confirmation. An email with tracking numbers will also be sent to you once your dress is packaged ready to be shipped. Please make sure you add our email address salesinfo@perfectbridal.com to avoid the possibility that our emails entered your spam folder.


My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer care for assistance within 2 business days from the time the carrier delivers to the designated shipping address.


An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
