How to Measure
In the bridal industry, designer bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses are often sized differently than regular dresses. When ordering bridal, one should not assume their dress size and should use the designer size chart to best select the correct size. It is strongly recommended to have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress and to have measurements taken in the undergarments you plan to wear with your gown. For your reference, we have prepared a simple guideline on how to measure bust, waist, hip, and hollow to hem. There is also a helpful video from Perfect Bridal to show you how to do your own measurements*.
* Please keep in mind that the guideline is for reference only. Perfect Bridal cannot be responsible for the accuracy of any measurements taken by person other than employees of Perfect Bridal. You will need to choose the size you feel most comfortable with, given your measurements and fit preference.
