How to Order

Perfect Bridal is part of a highly respected full-service bridal salon that has been serving brides since 1965. We understand that ordering your bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses is a big decision. We will do everything we can to help make your wedding day perfect - We'd be honored to be part of your special day.

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure smooth order and delivery of your bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses.

1. Get a Price Quote

If you haven't already done so, please obtain a free price quote of your dress from us. You can obtain the price online by searching for your dress on our website. You can also get a price quote by email or calling our bridal consultants at 1-888-88-DRESS. Please provide the designer name and style number for the price quote.

2. Determine the Right Size

Please refer to the size charts on our site to order the right sizes. Note that some designers may charge extra for larger sizes (e.g. 18 or larger), or for extra length. These additional charges are typically relatively small. We will notify you if there are any additional charges.  Please be certain to order the right size. You may want to read our information on "How to Measure".

3. When to Order

Orders should be placed at least 16 - 24 weeks from the wedding date. We recommend placing an order as soon as possible to allow enough time for shipping and any alterations, if necessary. If time is tight, you may be required to pay a rush fee to have the designer move your order to the front of the queue. Please note that the rush fee is on a per-dress basis, and can add hundreds to your planned budget.

Special Note for Bridesmaid Dresses

We strongly recommend placing the order for all the bridesmaid dresses at the same time. This maximizes the chances that all the dresses are cut from the same batch of fabric. Making all the dresses from the same batch of fabric is important because the color and weave of the fabric can vary slightly across batches. We want everything to look perfect on your wedding day!

4. Placing the Order

We offer several ways for you to place your order - Online or by Phone.

• Order Online: After browsing our huge designer offerings for your perfect dress, simply navigate to the page of your dress, click 'Add to Bag', and follow the checkout process - see our "How to Order Online" page for more information. Note that we will not acutally charge your card or place the order with the designer until we have confirmed your order with you.
• Order by Phone: You can call our bridal consultants at 1-888-88-DRESS, or 408-732-3382 for international customers, to place your order. Please have your designer style number, colors and sizes ready. Our bridal consultant will generate and email a confirmation to you – to ensure your order is accurate, you must review, e-sign and respond to confirm your order.  The order is not charged or placed until we receive your e-signature on the confirmation form.

We will confirm all orders within 2 business days.  Please note – Designer shipping dates change on a daily basis, should your wedding date be too close to the shipping date due to the delay of your signed confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel your order.  We will contact you should this be the case.

Once the order is confirmed, all sales and orders are FINAL. We place your order with the designer immediately to ensure timely delivery of your bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses. However, the designers do not accept any changes once the order is placed. Hence, we will not be able to accommodate any changes after we place the order. Please be certain of your style selection and the sizes before you place an order.

5. Payment Procedure

We accept major credit cards. The payment of your order is due in full at the point of purchase.   We cannot refund any portion of your payment or accommodate any exchanges. Once your order has been submitted, the designers will not make any changes or modifications relative to style, size, quantity, color, or specific length.

6. Shipping

Shipping is FREE to the same address within continental United States for the following types of order:

If you need to ship to more than one address, a low shipping fee of $20 is applied for each additional address.   For shipping charges outside of the continental United States, please contact our customer service department. Please note that most countries will charge custom duty for the dresses, and the fee varies by country and it is 100% the customer's repsonsibility.    To ensure safe receipt of the dresses, we strongly recommend shipping to an address where there is someone to sign for the package during office hours (e.g. at your office).

7. Arrival of Order

When your order arrives at our store, we will verify that the bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses match the order you placed. At this point, we will email you to notify you of the upcoming delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days between the email and the arrival of your bridal gown or bridesmaid dresses.
