Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are a California company.  We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to a California address.  There are no sales taxes for orders shipped outside of California.  All sales taxes, if any, will be calcualted on the total merchandize value. 

What are my payment options?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.  We currently only accept VISA or Mastercard credit cards at the online store.  Cash and personal checks are only accepted at our return store. 

I have a question on my charges.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.

When will my credit card be charged?

All of our products are special order items.  Due to the long lead time from order to ship, we will charge your card in full at the time your order is confirmed, which is usually within 7 days of you placing the order.

We'd like to remind you that Perfect Bridal is a Brides of California company.  Please do not be alarmed if you see Brides of California as the vendor on your credit card statement.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.  Please understand that typographical errors can occur; we are not obligated to sell items at miss-marked prices.  If you feel an error has occurred, please contact customer care as soon as possible.
